What's the big deal?

We were recently diagnosed with intolerance to potatoes and gluten. Gluten free recipes abound on the internet because it's a pretty trendy diet right now. The catch? Most of those recipes include potato in some form: iodized salt, dextrose, maltodextrine, cellulose, nutritional yeast, guar gum, xanthan gum, MSG, "natural flavorings," and skimmed dairy products. So we had to get creative.

Our recipes are mostly adapted from gluten free and paleo diets, but with changes to make them potato free. Our focus is on healthy, fresh, delicious food that's not hard to make.

Also, we love Star Wars.

And cats.
